    Our Olson face masks are made with two layers of high quality quiltering cotton. There is a pocket in the back side where you can add a filter or pipe cleaner/wire for a nose piece. They are snug around the nose, but some people choose to add the nose piece. Elastic pieces go around the each ear.

    You will receive a random pattern chosen by us. You can give us some pointers like “female print” or “male print”; please add a note with your order. If you order more than 1 face mask, there is no guarantee that you will receive a mix of fabric prints, they may be all the same print.

    These masks are intended to help supplement healthcare workers, or high risk persons. They are NOT a substitution for N95 masks. These items are not medical grade items, however, they will limit the involuntary touching of the mouth with hands that can be infected and will also help prevent from spreading germs when you sneeze or cough, so you are helping to protect those around you. These masks do have filter insert pockets or room for a bridge wire.

    Items are NOT pre-washed after sewing so you will want to wash them before use. These masks are reusable so please be sure wash them regularly after use.

    These masks measure 5" tall at the tallest point (the nose) and 10" wide when open.

    Fabric shown is for the front side. The back side will be made with a coordinating fabric.

    Please note: due to the personal nature of this item, returns/exchanges are not possible.

  • Shipping & Policies


    We accept PayPal and Direct Checkout on Etsy, which allows you to use most major credit cards. Sales taxes will be charged on all NC orders.

    Orders with e-checks via PayPal will not ship until payment of e-check has cleared and we've received notification. If payment does not clear within 2 weeks time, we will cancel the order and notify you.

    Due to the personalization of the items we sell, once you have placed the order and production has been started, we will not issue cancellations and refunds. Cancellations or changes are ONLY available if production has not started on your item.

    Shipping from United States

    Items will be shipped in a timely manner according to the processing time in the listing. We use the US Postal Service and UPS to ship packages.

    Please be sure to leave all information such as thread color, vinyl color, etc. in the "note to seller" section. Instructions are included in the item description on each listing. Without this information, we can not begin work on your item and it will cause a delay in shipping. Shipping and processing time starts from the time we have all information needed.

    If personalization info such as color or font is missing, we will complete the order using the fonts and colors shown in the original listing photo.

    Shipping times are listed for each item. If you need an item rushed, please contact us first to ensure we can meet the deadline. Most items ship within 3-6 business days.

    We will use the shipping address you include at checkout. Once you have checked out, we can not guarantee a change of address. We will do our best to honor these requests, but we are not responsible if the items ships to the original address you included at checkout. Please verify your shipping address before checkout. We are not responsible to reship the item if you do not have the correct shipping address entered.

    Items lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, are not eligible for refund or replacement IF NOT INSURED! Packages do not come with insurance. If you would like to add insurance to your package, please contact me prior to purchasing. Shipping insurance is usually $1-2 for up to $100 in coverage.

    Whether your order is shipped through the USPS or UPS, we are not responsible in any way for any shipping delays or lost items once it leaves the studio. If you have a deadline we recommend using Express services as they are guaranteed. There is an additional charge for Express. Please contact us prior to purchase if you have a deadline or need to rush an item.

    The following items can't be returned or exchanged

    Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

    • Custom or personalized orders
    • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
    • Digital downloads
    • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

    If you are not pleased with your item once it has arrived, please contact me and we can work together on a solution that works for both of us.

    If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt and photo of the damaged item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. However, we do not offer returns of personalized or custom order.

    We do not issue credits or refunds on shipping charges.

    Customer satisfaction is a top priority. Remember that computer monitors vary, so keep that in mind when choosing colors.

    Please verify all personalization information before purchasing. I will use the information provided to do the personalization. There are instructions in each listing that tell you how to enter the personalization information. We are not responsible if you make an error when entering personalization information. Exchanges can be made on a case to case basis and the buyer pays all shipping fees.
